On June 15th “Bleeding Heart” will be released as a 7″ vinyl single in North America. The single is from Valleys of Neptune, which was released earlier this year. The b-side will feature “Jam 292” from the Dagger Record’s release, Hear My Music.

Just prior to the set of blazing performances by Billy Cox, Ernie Isley, Eric Johnson, Doyle Bramhall II, Los Lobos’ David Hidalgo and Cesar Rosas, Aerosmith’s Brad Whitford, Living Colour, Joe Satriani, Hubert Sumlin, Jonny Lang, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Double Trouble’s Chris Layton, a
special ceremony took place on stage that additionally underscored the
connection between the legacy of Jimi
Hendrix
and generations of players who have come since his
passing.
