February 1968 was a busy time for The Experience as they found themselves traveling coast to coast throughout the United States for multiple back-to-back concerts. February 16th marked the second Texas show on the group's current nationwide tour with this show taking place at the State Fair Music Hall in Dallas. This previously unreleased concert recording, captured on cassette tape finds The Experience performing to an enthusiastic crowd. Songs include "Are You Experienced," "Fire," "The Wind Cries Mary," "Tax Free," "Foxey Lady," "Hey Joe," "Spanish Castle Magic," "Purple Haze," and "Wild Thing." "Red House" was also performed on this evening, but is not included on the current release.
