The Jimi Hendrix Experience head back to the West Coast and stop by the offices of Warner Bros. Records in Los Angeles, California. In the evening, The Experience performs at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernadino with support from Vanilla Fudge, Eire Apparent, and Soft Machine.
After their performance, Jimi, Mitch and Noel hang out at the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood with Eric Burdon.

The Experience travels to Sacramento, California where they perform, with support from Vanilla Fudge and Eire Apparent at the Memorial Auditorium. The performance included "Johnny B. Goode," "Are You Experienced?" "Stone Free," "Red House," "Foxey Lady," "I Feel Fine," "Hey Joe," "Star Spangled Banner," and "Purple Haze."
